## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Electrical or Software Engineering or a related STEM discipline or equivalent experience/combined education

 * Knowledgeable in systems engineering lifecycle, development, requirements decomposition, and application of processes and tools

 * Experience with CNI (Communications, Navigation & Identification) systems to include inertial navigation, GPS/SatNav, Alternative Positioning, Navigation & Timing (PNT) and other related avionics subsystems.

 * Knowledge of advanced navigation technologies, navigation sensors, filters and platform integration.

 * Experience with navigation and/or guidance navigation & control software algorithms and the tools used to complete them.
Desired Skills:

 * Experience with design, development, and integration of advanced navigations systems

 * Experience developing airborne navigation software using Matlab, Python, C/C++. Airworthy flight code development experience is desired.

 * Experience using digital engineering workflows, tools and methods for system & software deployment

 * Experience presenting to senior leaders, program management, and external customers

 * Experience with Military and/or Government programs
