## About the Role

Required:

 * Bachelor's degree (Preferred in a technical discipline)
 * US Citizen with an Active TS/SCI Fullscope poly.
 * IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security)
 * Prior Systems Administrator experience (2+ years)
 * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
 * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Desired:

 * IAT Level I (A+-CE, Network+CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security) and IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+CE)
 * Prior Systems Administrator experience (5+ years)
 * Prior Help Desk experience (1-2 years)

## Description

CACI is seeking a Systems Administrator to join our team in Fort Meade, MD. This position under general supervision, assists users with government databases, software, and systems. You will also support the Tier I and Tier II level help desk to perform first contact resolution of Help Desk calls/tickets that relate to software issues. Candidates will be required to work an 8-hour shift from the Fort Meade location during core hours of 6:00am - 4:00pm.
