Preferred Skills and Qualifications * Manufacturing experience. * Experience with highreliability products, industrial automation, or exportcontrolled products. * Proficiency in 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks ## Description The Design Engineer II is responsible for managing the integration, design, and development of brake and clutch products across a broad portfolio. This role provides technical support for refining and integrating products into the Regal Rexnord Business System (RBS). Typical projects focus on Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives and product improvements related to quality and cost.
