## About the Role

 * Bachelor's degree is required
 * Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading large-scale IT and data programs.
 * Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial management, and PMO oversight.
 * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
 * Experience delivering programs using Agile methodologies.
 * PMP and/or PMI-ACP certification.

What Would Be Nice to Have:

 * Prior experience supporting financial services regulators
 * Experience managing cloud, Snowflake, or data platform modernization programs.
 * AI and advanced analytics program experience.
 * SAFe or additional Agile certifications.
 * Cloud certifications (AWS, Snowflake etc.).
 * Experience engaging with governance or executive oversight committees.

## Description

Guidehouse is seeking a Program Manager to lead a large, complex, regulator-facing data and AI modernization program. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and execution of an Agile program operating across technical and business workstreams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 * Provide overall program leadership and accountability for scope, cost, schedule, and performance.
 * Lead stakeholder engagement across IT and business partners, including supervision, economists, data scientists, executive leadership, and governance bodies.
 * Manage program financials, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance.
 * Establish and oversee PMO governance, reporting, and performance management metrics.
 * Lead Agile program execution, including roadmap development, release planning, and dependency management.
 * Manage resources, staffing plans, and surge-up / surge-down activities.
 * Oversee delivery quality and risk management across multiple technical workstreams.
 * Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior client and Guidehouse leadership.
