## About the Role

Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Data Science, or a related STEM field. - 14+ years of relevant experience (or 18+ years with a Bachelor's degree). - U.S. Citizenship and an active DoD Secret Clearance. - Minimum 5 years in systems engineering or software development for space-based or ground-based systems. - At least 3 years leading software development projects. - Strong coding skills in Java, C++, or Python. - Expertise in Flight Dynamics, Orbital Analysis, Satellite Management Systems, or
Ground Control Management. - Hands-on experience with Agile and DevSecOps development environments. Preferred Skills - Product Owner or Technical Lead experience. - Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL databases. - Familiarity with messaging technologies such as Kafka or ActiveMQ. - Experience with data streaming (CCSDS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab). - Exposure to FQT, FAT, and SAT testing procedures.
