The role ensures the reliability and effectiveness of specialized technology systems, providing guidance on internal system workflow configuration, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, testing, and user support. It also supports financial transaction processes to ensure compliance and accountability. The incumbent provides critical continuity support for operational systems essential to licensing, enforcement, financial processing, and agency service delivery. Through collaboration with leadership, staff, and external partners, the incumbent translates business needs into functional technical solutions, helps strengthen operational integrity, and supports the agency's mission to safeguard public health and safety. This role functions as a multi-disciplinary operational technology resource within a small agency environment. This position is eligible for a hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework agreement, onsite attendance will be required for team members or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required.
