(or commensurate experience) * Must have Computing Environment (CE) certification (i.e., AWS, Microsoft, Linux, etc.). * Demonstrated experience and understanding of DOD Security, RMF, and/or NIST Policies. * Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, VPN). * Proficiency in automation tools and scripting (Python, Terraform, Ansible). * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and internal cross-functional teams. * Experience with virtual and/or cloud-based servers and applications. * Excellent technical documentation and reporting skills. * Effective written and oral communication skills. * Experience working in an Agile environment. * Conducts assessments of current and draft documents for regulatory compliance. Preferred Skills and Experience: * Experience within government, healthcare, or Veterans Affairs cloud or data environments. * Certified Azure Data Engineer, AWS Associate Solution Architect, Snowflake Sbowpro core, and TOGAF * Experience with SQL Server, Synapse * Familiarity with NDS-governed data, CDW access workflows, and VA-specific onboarding processes. * Experience designing automated provisioning or self-service platforms. * Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks, VHA Data Lake architectures, and enterprise data governance. * Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, SharePoint, or similar workflow and intake tools. * Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Databricks Certified Architect, or relevant cloud/data credentials.
