managing scope definition, changes, and priorities from initiation through to implementation * Lead and motivate project teams across the full project lifecycle, including both on-site and distributed team members * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of project deliverables * Manage stakeholder communication and alignment across client and internal teams * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations * Produce and maintain all required project documentation and reporting artefacts * Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues throughout the lifecycle * Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders * Present clear and accurate project status updates to stakeholders at all levels * Support clients during production phases, including post-implementation activities where required * Support the implementation of project delivery standards, reporting frameworks, and governance structures ## Related Videos -
