As an individual contributor, you will shape strategic decisions across global operations by translating complex business challenges into actionable insights. You will leverage Celonis process mining, advanced analytics, and KPI dashboards to optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, identify bottlenecks, and support measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in analyzing complex, multi-country supply chain operations, designing innovative dashboards and KPI frameworks, and providing insights to executive leadership without managing direct reports. Your role: KPI Design & Dashboard Leadership * Design, develop, and maintain global KPI frameworks and automated dashboards to track operational performance, inventory strategy, demand planning, and supply chain efficiency. * Own the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards, from defining metrics and integrating data sources to developing visualizations and presenting insights. * Translate performance metrics into actionable insights that guide operational improvements and strategic decisions. Process Mining & Analytics * Lead process mining initiatives using Celonis to uncover inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities across global supply chain processes. * Conduct end-to-end supply chain assessments , including inventory flow, logistics, demand and supply planning, and product lifecycle management. * Apply database management skills & advanced analytics techniques (SQL, Python/R, BI tools) to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
