Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions. ## Description RMC is seeking a highly skilled and cleared SharePoint and Power Platform Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust enterprise solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business processes and technical architecture, delivering secure, scalable, and automated solutions to support critical mission objectives. Solution Development: Design and build custom, scalable applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate complex business workflows using Power Automate. SharePoint Architecture: Administer, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises environments. Develop custom web parts, site templates, and extensions using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx). System Integration: Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 tools, external databases, APIs, and third-party enterprise systems. Governance & Security: Implement and enforce governance policies, role-based access controls (RBAC), and data loss prevention (DLP) strategies within the M365 and Power Platform environments to ensure strict compliance with security standards. Data Visualization: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that drive data-informed decision-making. Migration & Upgrades: Lead or support migration efforts from legacy systems or older versions of SharePoint to SharePoint Online. Troubleshooting & Support: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for Tier 3 technical support, resolving complex issues related to SharePoint and Power Platform performance, access, or bugs.
