We're looking for an Associate Salesforce Administrator to join our Corporate IT team. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform while partnering with experienced team members to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions. What You'll Do * Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions with a focus on user experience * Configure Salesforce features including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, and automation tools * Support data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity through rules, automation, and monitoring * Assist with security configuration including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings * Monitor support tickets, provide first-level triage, and escalate issues as needed * Partner with senior team members to review solutions and contribute to broader platform discussions * Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Salesforce processes, Our targeted starting base salary for this position ranges from $70,000-$88,000 USD, depending on location. We consider a variety of factors including depth and breadth of experience, skills, and role scope. Team members may also be eligible for additional compensation plans such as bonus.
