You understand its internals, limitations, and how to operate it at scale. * Experience leading large scale migrations, with a clear understanding of the technical and organizational challenges involved * A history of operating at a scale that requires going beyond what vendor products offer out of the box. You will build custom solutions and partner with vendors to address gaps * Hands-on background in CI infrastructure, including platforms such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Buildkite, or similar * Strong technical judgment. You can engage with engineers on architecture decisions and make tradeoffs between velocity, reliability, and cost * Experience building trust and alignment with diverse internal stakeholders * A bias for pragmatic outcomes.
