* Experience in C++ programming
 * Experience with full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, integrating, and delivery of software solutions
 * Experience maintaining and expanding state machine design
 * Experience in conducting research, embracing new technologies, and applying learned concepts to project needs
 * Experience working within Linux environments
 * Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, engineers, and subject matter experts
 * Ability to work on-site up to five days a week in indoor labs and outdoor testing environments
 * Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering or computer engineering and 3+ years of experience with software development or 7+ years of experience with software development in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

 * 4+ years of experience with professional software development
 * Experience in microcontroller development using languages such as C++ and Rust
 * Experience with network interface development and communication protocols
 * Experience in utilizing automated testing tools
 * Experience working with Docker containers
 * Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
