Reporting to the Director, Network & Pricing Services, this role is responsible for managing vendor relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring service quality across our network of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) providers serving hospice agencies, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and other post-acute partners. This role plays an important part in ensuring vendors meet service level expectations, maintain compliance, and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience to customers and patients. The Network Manager will partner closely with Operations, Implementation, Customer Support, Revenue Cycle, and Product teams to identify opportunities to improve network performance, streamline workflows, and strengthen vendor partnerships. The ideal candidate is operationally minded, data-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment where collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement are critical.
