## About the Role

* 2+ years of experience providing IT desktop support in a business or enterprise environment.
 * 2+ years of experience installing software applications and performing hardware upgrades on desktop computers and related server infrastructure.
 * 2+ years of experience supporting Active Directory Users and Computers.
 * Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access-related issues.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to end users and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills and Experience :-

 * Ability to use time and resources effectively and efficiently to complete regular work and special projects as assigned.
 * Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a high-pressure environment.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft SharePoint technologies, Client hardware platforms, and related organizational tools.
 * In-depth knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and desktop support processes.
 * In-depth knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, VPNs, Active Directory, Exchange, Cisco, Citrix, data migration, imaging, and backup processes.
 * Ability to perform advanced technical installation, upgrades, basic troubleshooting, and reporting for desktops and laptops.

Basic understanding of IT communication protocols and other protocols relevant to troubleshooting client host connections
