* Experience providing desktop or technical support in an enterprise environment.

## Description

SunSoft Online is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician for a long-term contract opportunity with our client, an Arizona state agency. This is a 100% onsite position providing desktop and technical support for end users in a professional enterprise environment.
Responsibilities

 * Provide desktop and end-user technical support.

 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop computers.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

 * Support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.

 * Configure peripherals including printers, monitors, and mobile devices.

 * Respond to support requests and document resolutions.

 * Assist with workstation deployments, upgrades, and replacements.

 * Deliver excellent customer service while supporting internal users.
