## About the Role

* BS in Computer Science or related field.
 * 2+ years' experience in BI development.
 * Analytics certifications are a plus, particularly specific to Power BI.
 * High level Power BI proficiency or comparable Data Visualization software proficiency required.
 * SQL knowledge required (Postgres, Snowflake).
 * Preferred knowledge of AI tools (Claude and Copilot)
 * Strong collaboration and presentation skills required.
 * Strong organizational skills are required.
 * Visual design skills or artistic acumen preferred.
 * Worker's Compensation or Auto Liability Insurance experience is a plus.
 * Self-directed, highly organized and able to independently coordinate multiple tasks.
 * Strong communication skills to be able to influence others with the story of what you're seeing in the data.

## Description

This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

 * The primary function of this employee will be to conceptualize, design, develop and support interactive dashboards in Microsoft Power BI.
 * This will require cross department collaboration to take inputs from subject matter experts and customers.
 * Working cross-functionally with various audiences to understand the needs of the projects, this role will 'quarterback' the process from start to finish.
 * Once executed, there will be maintenance, upgrades, trainings and demos for the dashboards.
 * This will require clear communication and strong presentation skills.
