Preferred: * Experience with document control and training management systems. Other: * May require up to 10% domestic travel * Primarily office-based work for training development and documentation; standing/walking required for training delivery and facility walkthroughs. ## Description The Knowledge Management Specialist supports the development, revision, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develops technical training solutions to maintain operational compliance and capability. This role also identifies training gaps, designs and delivers competency-based training, and tracks training and compliance performance via KPIs and dashboards for the EMFA teams.
