* Plan and lead the building of Time and Absence prototype tenants and ensure successful migration to Production.
 * Lead design decisions and ensure cohesiveness with other areas of the Workday HCM system.
 * Oversee and execute system testing across multiple HR modules.
 * Partner with business subject matter experts to ensure systems are appropriately configured to meet business needs.
 * Understand unique business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective system configurations.
 * Appropriately escalate risks and issues as they arise to ensure project success.
