The role will be baaed in Abernathy, TX (Just north of Lubbock, TX), As a Lead Cable Technician, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network cabling infrastructure within data center environments. In this role, you will guide and support a team of technicians, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate with stakeholders, interpret technical documentation, and maintain compliance with industry best practices. This position is ideal for individuals with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring others while driving operational excellence.
