In this role, you will bridge business and technology, ensuring that IT strategy, services, and solutions are tightly aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable value. You will lead end-to-end IT service delivery at the site, overseeing both infrastructure (including End User Compute and smart hands support) and application enablement in close partnership with global BTS teams. This position offers the opportunity to shape and influence the local IT portfolio, drive digital workplace transformation, and ensure operational excellence through strong vendor management, governance, and compliance practices.
