Preferred Qualifications + Healthcare domain experience-e.g. PBM/NCPDP/HIPAA. + Prior experience in a hybrid role involving both software development and release/operations management. + Experience with an Application and Performance Monitoring platform. + Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures (Pub/Sub, Kafka, etc.). + Experience with SRE or DevOps practices, including incident management and root-cause analysis.
