Communicates effectively with team and internal partners and customers. * Learn and follow department processes while communicating opportunities for improvement to documentation or work instructions. * Represent your team by participating in collaborative improvement efforts. * Develop basic proficiency in the activities required to support one of the Operation Team's disciplines (i.e. Flowline product failures, Product Hospital, test infrastructure support, or Test Lab), or R&D's disciplines (i.e. Lab Support, Product Test, Infrastructure, or Compliance). * Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles. * Understand. Create.
