## About the Role

* Two years' relevant experience
 * Able to efficiently operate Windows and MS Office
 * Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills
 * Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
 * Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
 * Background check results satisfactory to SEL
 * Negative drug test result(s), * Two years' experience working with SEL products
 * Experience with computer-controlled test equipment
 * Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, electronic schematics, and wiring diagrams

Physical Requirements

 * Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally
 * Sit and stand for at least 8 hours
 * Vision correctable to 20/30 or better
 * Ability to differentiate color
 * Use of computer keyboard devices
 * Reach, Bend, Twist

## Description

* Complete basic testing, services, or troubleshooting of SEL products and processes in accordance with defined procedures under the direction of more experienced staff.
 * Provides status updates to SEL staff and customers. Communicates effectively with team and internal partners and customers.
 * Learn and follow department processes while communicating opportunities for improvement to documentation or work instructions.
 * Represent your team by participating in collaborative improvement efforts.
 * Develop basic proficiency in the activities required to support one of the Operation Team's disciplines (i.e. Flowline product failures, Product Hospital, test infrastructure support, or Test Lab), or R&D's disciplines (i.e. Lab Support, Product Test, Infrastructure, or Compliance).
 * Learn and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operation, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
 * Understand. Create. Simplify.
 * Other duties as assigned.
