Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team and drive data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics, automation, and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Databricks, and automation frameworks, with hands-on experience in UiPath for process optimization., * Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and automation scripting.

 * Hands-on experience with Databricks for big data processing and advanced analytics.
 * Practical knowledge of UiPath for robotic process automation (RPA).
 * Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and ETL processes.
 * Experience with SQL and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills., * Background in computer science, data science, or a related field.
 * Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
 * Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
 * Prior experience in automating business workflows and integrating RPA with data pipelines.

## Description

* Design, develop, and deploy scalable data models and pipelines using Python and Databricks.
 * Perform data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and reliability of datasets.
 * Apply statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.
 * Automate repetitive workflows and reporting processes using UiPath and other automation tools.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
 * Visualize insights and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
