## About the Role

* 1+ years of experience in Mainframe development.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders., * JES (Scheduling).
 * JCL.
 * SDSF.
 * OpCon or any other scheduling tool (Control-M or CA7 etc.) experience.

## Description

* Ensures all daily scheduled computer production work is completed accurately.
 * Provides daily monitoring of computer platforms.
 * Conducts scheduling and system monitoring tasks using appropriate tools.
 * Troubleshoots operational issues as 1st level support and notifies appropriate support personnel for problem resolution.
 * Records all trouble ticket issues/incidents and provides follow-up to customers.
 * Provides 1st level help desk and online business application support during and after normal business hours.
 * Ensures all problems and issues reported to computer operations are recorded in the incident reporting log for review or action by Operations or IT Management.
 * Communicates with all areas and levels within the organization.
