## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
 * Basic understanding of project management concepts (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall)
 * Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
 * Good analytical and organizational skills
 * Strong communication and coordination abilities
 * Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

 * Familiarity with tools like Planisware, I3PM, MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, or Power BI
 * Basic exposure to ITSM or project lifecycle environments
 * Certification/training in PMP, SAFE, CAPM, or Agile

## Description

We are looking for a Project Management Support Trainee to assist in planning, tracking, and coordination of projects. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals seeking exposure to IT project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and PMO practices., * Assist Project Managers in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables

 * Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards
 * Track project milestones, tasks, risks, and issues
 * Support in preparing weekly/monthly status reports (WBS, RAID logs, MIS)
 * Coordinate with cross-functional teams for task follow-ups and status updates
 * Help in organizing project meetings, preparing MOMs, and tracking action items
 * Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and templates
 * Support in resource tracking and utilization reporting
