Excellent interpersonal skills for translating technical system configurations into business language for Finance leads. ## Description Lead the technical configuration and maintenance of Workday General Ledger, Procurement, Expenses, and Asset modules. Architect and deliver specialized General Ledger reports and financial dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer. Manage the end-to-end setup and testing of financial business processes within Sandbox and lower environments. Execute data cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity during system migrations. Optimize Workday Business Process Framework to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy. Perform rigorous data validation and system audits in strict alignment with SOX compliance requirements. Evaluate semi-annual Workday releases to recommend and implement new features that improve functional performance.
