You will be a valued member of the architecture and delivery team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, sales teams, and delivery leadership. In this role, you will: + Design and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture leveraging Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud + Define scalable solution patterns for payer operations including member engagement, care management, claims servicing, and provider relations + Lead technical discovery sessions, architecture design workshops, and solution reviews with business and IT stakeholders + Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce solutions + Provide governance and technical leadership across development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.
