The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle database modernization initiatives, including upgrades, migrations, high availability, disaster recovery, security compliance, and performance optimization. This role requires a proactive professional capable of driving complex database lifecycle activities while ensuring operational stability, scalability, and security across mission-critical environments.
