## Description

+ Own execution of programs and high-impact features across multiple teams including roadmap, technical planning, specifications, and delivery.

 + Identify and mitigate risks, communicate with stakeholders, and make trade-offs between business needs and technical constraints.

 + Break down complex initiatives into prioritized, manageable workstreams for iterative releases.

 + Partner with engineering and program teams to manage and evolve the roadmap, dependencies, and required investments.

 + Serve as primary communication point across internal teams and external partners in different regions and time zones.

 + Develop a solid understanding of system architecture to improve planning and delivery outcomes.

 + Collaborate with other TPMs to refine processes, communication, and delivery standards.

 + Leverage Agile methodologies to guide teams, drive accountability, and ensure on-time delivery.
