They build alignment across teams, mentor engineers, and create scalable solutions that enable the success of the broader organization., Network Engineering * Expert knowledge of hyperscale cloud networking or Tier 1 service provider environments. * Deep expertise in routing, transport, optical networking, backbone, internet connectivity, data center fabrics, and large-scale network architecture. * Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, EVPN, VXLAN, IPv4, IPv6, DNS, DHCP, and network reliability principles. * Experience designing and operating highly available cloud infrastructure supporting mission-critical services. * Experience supporting AI infrastructure, GPU networking, or large-scale data center deployments. * Experience leading large-scale network lifecycle management, deployment, and operational readiness. Reliability Engineering * Extensive experience improving operational excellence across large-scale cloud infrastructure. * Demonstrated success leading complex root cause analysis and implementing systemic improvements. * Experience establishing engineering standards, deployment methodologies, and operational best practices. * Strong understanding of service reliability, operational readiness, observability, capacity planning, and lifecycle management.
