This role bridges data governance policy and technical execution, ensuring data is trusted, discoverable, compliant, and ready to support analytics, AI, and operational systems such as ERP. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with data platforms and tooling and enjoys partnering with data owners, stewards, architects, and engineers. * Lead the implementation and operationalization of enterprise data governance standards, policies, and controls across core data domains. * Develop data quality checks, validation rules, monitoring frameworks, technical metadata, business glossaries, and lineage documentation. * Collaborate with Data Owners, Stewards, architects, engineers, and application teams to define business rules, critical data elements, and ownership models. * Build and configure data governance, data quality, and catalog tools while integrating governance capabilities into data pipelines, ERP systems, and analytics platforms. * Support root cause analysis, remediation of data quality issues, governance onboarding, training, and adoption for stewards and technical teams. * Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve Teradyne's data governance operating model and proactively identify governance and data quality risks.
