## About the Role

How would you like to be part of a leadership team made up of experts and senior level staff who have experience, capacity and capability to lead large scale portfolios. The leadership team will foster the organizational culture of high performing solution delivery. This position is onsite in Camp Springs, Maryland and requires a Top-Secret clearance., + Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

 + Active DHS Suitability clearance required

 + Direct experience working within DHS USCIS

 + IAM Level III certification or similar, CISSP, CISM

 + Knowledgeable with FISM, NIST, ATOs, RMF

 + Top-Secret clearance

Education:

 + Bachelor's degree required

## Description

The Information System Security Manager (ISSM) provides senior leadership for security aspects of highly complex technology programs under this task order, setting security objectives, defining scope and goals, and selecting appropriate security methodologies. The ISSM forecasts and recommends security staffing and resources, develops and manages schedules for concurrent security initiatives, directs cross-functional security activities, and takes timely corrective action to address risks and issues. The ISSM oversees major security deliverables, mentors senior executives on security governance and culture, and applies advanced technical expertise and strong analytical skills to inform decisions.
