(or commensurate experience). * Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability. * Strong knowledge of Java SE/EE, Spring Boot, and RESTful services. * Familiarity with cross-domain solution architectures, data labeling, and secure data transfer protocols. * Experience working in secure environments, preferably within the DOJ, and understanding of FISMA, NIST, or RMF compliance. * Proficiency with build tools (Maven/Gradle), version control (Git), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI). * Exposure to containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government). * Understanding of secure coding practices and experience with static/dynamic code analysis tools. * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a cross-functional Agile team. ## Description GovCIO is currently hiring a highly skilled Senior Application Developer with an active Secret clearance to design, build, and modify application software using programming languages such as Java, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and C#. This position will be located in Fairfax, VA and will be a hybrid position.
