## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), Building Information Modeling (BIM), or Construction Technology leadership
 * Proven experience supporting complex commercial, industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, life sciences, or large-scale construction projects
 * Strong proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, and related coordination software
 * Experience leading model coordination, clash detection, constructability reviews, and BIM execution planning
 * Ability to collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
 * Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
 * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
 * Experience mentoring junior VDC professionals and improving project delivery processes

## Description

* Lead VDC and BIM implementation from preconstruction through project completion
 * Develop and manage project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
 * Coordinate federated models across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines
 * Facilitate clash detection, constructability reviews, and issue resolution meetings
 * Partner with project management and field leadership teams to improve planning and execution
 * Perform model quality assurance and quality control reviews
 * Support innovation, standardization, training, and continuous improvement initiatives within the VDC function
