Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service. Specialists have a clear path for advancement to II, III, and Senior levels through expanded technical expertise, cross-functional proficiency, process ownership, and consistently exceeding performance expectations. We can consider candidates for this position who are able to accommodate a hybrid work schedule and are close to our Phoenix, AZ office., * Knowledge of ACAT, Non-ACAT, DTC, and related transfer processes. * Understanding of brokerage operations and securities transfers. * Familiarity with cost basis concepts, tax lots, and reconciliation processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and resolve complex operational issues. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate books and records. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently explain transfer and cost basis requirements to financial advisors and business partners. * Ability to build effective working relationships with advisors, contra firms, and internal stakeholders. * Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple workstreams, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to quickly learn multiple business systems. * Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. * Familiarity with CBRS, Maxit, or similar brokerage operations systems preferred., * Minimum of 1 years of industry experience (Required) * Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Required) * Experience in brokerage and banking (Preferred) ## Description The Transfer Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, efficient, and timely execution of transfer operations at AssetMark Trust Company. This role combines technical expertise, process mastery, and collaborative problem-solving to support incoming and outgoing transfers while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of related operational data, including cost basis information when applicable.
