This role ensures system designs, requirements, and engineering deliverables are synchronized with Columbia-class production timelines and contractual commitments across a broad portfolio that includes the DEC, SPOF, Columbia/Dreadnaught Production Block Buy, and Fleet Documentation Modernization programs in addition to many other development program minor support. The position focuses on disciplined systems engineering execution within the PoR environment, maintaining alignment between development activities and shipbuilder, Navy, and program milestone requirements. The Integrator works across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to identify dependencies, manage integration risks, and ensure technical readiness to support CLB production and on-time capability delivery. This role requires strong systems engineering fundamentals, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) experience, and the ability to coordinate across organizations to support successful transition from development to production. The ideal candidate brings Advanced/Expert-level proficiency in systems engineering principles and a demonstrated track record of supporting complex, multi-program defense environments.
