You will be a valued member of a cross-functional delivery team, working collaboratively with product owners, architects, developers, and quality leaders to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and high-quality API-driven integrations across healthcare systems. **This role is heavily focused on API testing and HL7 FHIR** **-** **based integrations, supporting large** **-** **scale, mission** **-** **critical healthcare platforms** . **In this role, you will** : Lead and execute end-to-end API and integration testing for CMS Burden Reduction and interoperability initiatives. Validate HL7 FHIR-based REST APIs, including payloads, schemas, headers, authentication, and error handling. Perform deep integration validation across upstream and downstream systems and external integration partners. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance across complex API workflows. Contribute to test strategy and planning during PI Planning, including scenario coverage, dependencies, risks, and regression impact. Define and review acceptance criteria using GIVEN-WHEN-THEN format. Design, automate, and execute end-to-end test scenarios (positive, negative, and integration). Collaborating with product owners, architects, developers, RTEs, and QE leads on defect management, release readiness, and post-production validation. Maintain accurate and timely updates in Jira for test execution, defects, and feature validation.
