In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional administrative duties and IT/technical operations. You will be responsible for managing technical documentation, assisting with system administration, troubleshooting basic software/hardware issues, and ensuring our team's digital workspace runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses problem-solving skills, and is comfortable navigating diverse software platforms and tools. salary: $48,000 - $56,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Hands-on Lab & Tech Support: * Lab Testing: Get hands-on in the lab, master the equipment, run product tests, and assist Engineering with technical tasks. * Product Support: Troubleshoot product/equipment issues and maintain accurate technical logs and SOPs. * Asset Care: Manage lab inventory, test equipment, and software licensing. Commercial & Customer Liaison: * Stakeholder Relations: Follow up directly with customers, distributors, and vendors regarding product inquiries, orders, or technical questions. * Sales Collaboration: Partner with the VP of Sales to provide technical support during the sales cycle. * Coordination: Act as the central bridge between Engineering, Sales, and external partners.
