Core Engineering * 12+ yrs: Java, Spring, cloud, REST + SOAP web services in high-volume, highly-available environments. * 4-6 yrs: Distributed/NoSQL DBs - PostgreSQL preferred, MongoDB, Yugabyte. * 4+ yrs: real-time data and streaming. * 4+ yrs: continuous build (Bamboo, Bitbucket/Git). * 3+ yrs: GCP and/or AWS/Azure. * 3+ yrs: event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, message queues). * 2+ yrs: cloud deployment in a CI/CD model. * 1+ yr: batch / data pipelines (Spring Batch, PySpark).
