## About the Role

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance, * Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience.

 * Experience in systems engineering, system integration, verification and/or validation.
 * Experience with RADAR programs (E.g. RF design, & Testing).
 * Experience with technical and/or functional leadership., * EVMS certification (PM level 6 or better) and cost estimating (BoE) experience.
 * Experience working in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
 * Experience working with SPY-6 or other naval radar programs.
 * Experience interfacing with customers.
 * Experience as a site lead

## Description

* Coordination of assets and laboratory space resources to support multiple simultaneous efforts. Manage an operation and execution schedule, required to execute tasking.
 * Maintain onsite schedule and personnel assignments.
 * Communication of issues and priority changes across IPTs and platforms
 * Ensuring resources have proper training, equipment, and site access.
 * Drive safety, calibration & similar processes.
 * Collaborate with test architects and RPL to understand test needs/identify opportunities to use Portsmouth to integrate earlier and closer to home/TDMC initiatives.
 * Develop integration and test plans, and detailed integration and test milestones to meet program objectives.
 * Regular interaction with multiple internal program leadership and technical teams.
Interface with customer representatives during technical interchange meetings or onsite demonstrations.

 * Contribute to proposal work estimates, biding, and gate reviews.
 * Planning for and communicating site needs to various stakeholders.
 * Interfacing with site facilities to coordinate any support needed.
