As part of the PST program they will be embedded within our XetaCloud Operations team and they will work within an Agile product team to support day to day operations, improve maturity of the cloud ecosystem, develop operations best practices, cloud maturity plans and documentation to comply with IT policy various compliance requirements., * Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience * Experience working in a multi-cloud environment including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services including their associated networking, architecture, and infrastructure. * Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. * Experience with Datadog, Azure Monitor, AWS Cloudwatch, ServiceNow, Statseeker, Netscout, and/or other monitoring tools. * Experience managing production infrastructure and applications utilizing ITIL v3 (2011) or v4 best practices. * Technical communication including the ability to author professional user facing documentation targeted at various user audiences.
