Office Relocation Support: Play a key role in the upcoming office move, including: Planning and executing the setup of new workstations, conference rooms, and shared spaces. Coordinating and installing basic cabling for network and power connections. Ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality of IT infrastructure in the new environment. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to manage timelines and logistics. Support for Virtual Reality Innovation Environment: Provide technical assistance to the team managing the VR innovation space, including: Maintaining and troubleshooting VR hardware and software systems. Assisting with updates, installations, and configuration of immersive technology platforms. Supporting demonstrations, testing, and development activities within the VR environment. Ensuring the environment remains operational and optimized for performance and user experience. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure IT needs are met efficiently. Provide clear documentation and regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions. Proactive Maintenance & Monitoring: Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they impact operations.
