## Description

* Installs and de-installs computers and associated hardware.
 * Installs and de-installs computer software applications
 * Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, repairs or arranges for the repair of computers, printers and peripheral equipment.
 * Maintains accurate inventory of all computer equipment and parts; maintaining records of repairs and services
 * Prepares legacy equipment for e-waste\recycling
 * Performs equipment installation, preventive maintenance and equipment upgrade and modification of activities.
 * Works with contract and vendor supplied personnel engaged in the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer equipment.
 * Installs and repairs Warehouse/Distribution Center equipment
 * Schedules, connects and troubleshoots Audio/Visual requests
 * Works with Telecomm team to maintain and repair telephone equipment
 * Works with System Administrators to maintain and make changes (as recommended and approved) to server equipment
