 + PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.

## Description

+ Client is seeking an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen our security posture and reduce risk across the organization.

 + In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional engineering teams, security stakeholders, and business leaders to deliver large-scale security solutions.

 + The ideal candidate is a collaborative problem-solver with strong technical expertise, proven program management skills, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Responsibilities:

 + Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers and key partners to understand security needs and design effective solutions that reduce organizational risk.

 + Lead end-to-end program management for security initiatives - including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery - ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

 + Collaborate with partner engineering teams to design and implement security improvements, from inception through project closure.

 + Drive cross-functional alignment, proactively remove roadblocks, and ensure clear communication of program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.

 + Contribute to continuous improvement of security processes, frameworks, and program delivery methodologies.
