Additionally, you will analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with IT infrastructure including user systems, servers, storage, and network connectivity. You will also provide system administration for assigned infrastructure and establish and maintain system security. You will also apply security patches and operating system upgrades to ensure the security and integrity of the technical environment, support new infrastructure projects, and maintain all configuration documentation for assigned infrastructure., * Manages/supports LBS SW and processes. * Maintains LBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems. * Provides LBS technical and engineering SW support. * Provides system administration for CICS and the LBS SW components. * Performs system administration support to the Planning and Direction, Collection, Processing and Exploitation, Analysis and Production, and Dissemination (PCPAD) processes. * Creates, updates, and responds to LBS Incident tickets. * Provides comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT SW/systems (in addition, HW maintenance for Legacy) associated with ground components. * Supports SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the SIGINT system/sensors and associated End-to-End network paths. * SIGINT SME that provides sustainment support during system upgrades * Supports data encryption changes and implementation. * Supports post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs.
