Citi's Full-Time Analyst program starts in the Summer of 2027 and begins with orientation and training. This is a 2 ½ year program. The program is highly competitive and selective. Our analyst program gives recent graduates an introduction to our Equities, Foreign Exchange (FX), Rates, Commodities, and Spread Products franchises. Full-time Analysts gain exposure to senior professionals who will serve as their mentors throughout the program. At the end of the program, our goal is to ensure that Analysts are placed in a job that best pairs their skill sets and personal interests with the needs of the firm. What you'll do: We'll empower you to build tools and models that assist traders and clients in pricing, hedging, and structuring securities, and provide critical information and advice for managing risk across all market trading units. We'll also enable you to research and analyze market trends for both internal and external clients. By the end of the Program, we'll ensure that you have: Developed a thorough understanding of financial markets Utilized quantitative methods to model market behavior Used data science techniques to analyze large-scale market data, We use automated processing, including artificial intelligence, for our legitimate business interests (or our reasonable and appropriate business purposes) to identify and align the candidate's skills and abilities with a specific job opening.
