ICF seeks an experienced Salesforce Administrator / Release Engineer to support a large-scale federal Salesforce environment. This role combines hands-on Salesforce administration with release engineering responsibilities across multiple Salesforce applications, environments, and application teams. The Salesforce Administrator / Release Engineer will support platform configuration, environment management, user and access administration, release coordination, deployment execution, sandbox management, technical documentation, and production support. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the operational responsibilities of Salesforce administration and the discipline required to support frequent, high-quality releases in a secure federal cloud environment. Remote work is authorized.
