This internal platform enables teams to define, manage, govern, and operationalize semantic object models across Oracle Health products and services. In this role, you will lead a Global-based team of approximately 8-10 software engineers while partnering closely with engineering leaders and globally distributed development teams. You will be responsible for technical execution, people leadership, operational excellence, and the delivery of scalable platform capabilities across three primary areas: Platform Development: Semantic object models, platform frameworks, services, user-facing capabilities, and AI-enabled developer experiences. Platform Operations: Data ingestion pipelines, data-shape analysis, AI agents, observability, reliability, and production operations.
