## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
 * 5+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience.
 * Strong experience with Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
 * Experience supporting Exchange hybrid environments.
 * Hands-on experience migrating infrastructure and applications to the cloud.
 * Experience with cloud platforms including:
 * Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (preferred)
 * Azure
 * AWS
 * Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
 * Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity, and infrastructure security.
 * Strong project management, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred

 * Experience leading enterprise cloud transformation initiatives.
 * VMware or Hyper-V administration.
 * Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure administration.
 * PowerShell automation and scripting.
 * Cloud, Microsoft, VMware, or security certifications.

## Description

We are seeking a Systems Administrator with experience managing enterprise infrastructure and leading cloud migration initiatives. This role will support on-premises and cloud environments while helping drive modernization efforts across the organization., * Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange 2019, Exchange Online, file servers, and remote access solutions.

 * Support and maintain hybrid cloud environments.
 * Lead infrastructure and cloud migration projects from planning through implementation.
 * Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity processes.
 * Perform system upgrades, patching, maintenance, and security remediation.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, and compliance.
 * Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to deliver infrastructure projects.
 * Provide occasional on-call support.
